On April 16, 2024, EQT further modified its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to (i) update the table identifying the members of EQT's Compliance Network, and (ii) add a new "Human Rights" section to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.  A copy of EQT’s currently effective Code of Business Conduct and Ethics as amended on April 16, 2024 is available above.
